Cancellation Policy
Hillah Links Ghana – Painting Service Booking Policy 1. Booking Confirmation All painting service bookings must be made through our official website or approved contact channels. A booking is only confirmed after payment of the required deposit and receipt of confirmation from Hillah Links Ghana. 2. Deposit & Payment A minimum deposit of 50% workmanship is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion or as agreed. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. 3. Site Inspection For large projects, a site inspection may be required before final pricing is confirmed at a fee. Quotations are valid for 7 days. 4. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours may attract additional charges. 5. Cancellations Deposits are refundable only if cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service date. After this period, deposits are non-refundable. 6. Client Responsibilities Clients must: Provide access to the property on the agreed date. Remove or protect valuable items before work begins. Ensure electricity and water supply (if required). 7. Workmanship Guarantee as agreed. We are committed to quality service. Any workmanship concerns must be reported within 48 hours after completion. 8. Liability Hillah Links Ghana is not responsible for pre-existing wall damages, structural defects, or issues unrelated to painting services.
